Module Trackbase began with a recurring observation: people preparing for Germany often had plenty of information but no reliable order for using it. Advice from colleagues, federal guidance, municipal pages and family expectations arrived at once. Our work is to create a place where those threads can be separated, checked and turned into decisions.
Who you work with
The practice is led by Anna Feld, a Düsseldorf-based relocation consultant with experience supporting international employees, postgraduate students and accompanying partners through pre-departure planning. Her role is practical: asking precise questions, locating the right official source and keeping household realities visible alongside administrative tasks.
Where a question crosses into immigration law, tax, regulated insurance advice or certified translation, we state that boundary and direct clients toward an appropriately qualified provider. Honest referral is part of competent planning.
Our working approach
We begin with the situation as it is, not with a standard checklist. Citizenship, employment, family composition, destination municipality, housing and timing all alter the sequence. A useful plan includes uncertainty, names who must confirm it and leaves enough room for appointments that cannot be controlled.
Values in practice
Clarity over reassurance. We explain unresolved points instead of making promises about permits, apartments or authority decisions.
Official sources before anecdotes. Community experience can reveal good questions; current authorities determine current procedure.
The whole household counts. Childcare, a partner’s work, accessibility, pets and ordinary budgets belong in migration planning.
Arrival is not the finish line. A workable first month matters as much as the departure checklist.
