A service built around sequence

Your Germany arrival roadmap

See how a personal Germany arrival plan connects the weeks before departure with registration and settling-in tasks.

Folded map and compass prepared for a journey

A useful roadmap is not a generic hundred-item checklist. It is a living sequence shaped by your household, destination, authority, employment and housing. Each task shows what it depends on, who can confirm it and what to do if the expected timing changes.

Four planning horizons

Before commitments

We identify the residence, employment or study facts that need confirmation before non-refundable travel or housing costs. This is also the moment to compare cities through rent, commuting and family routines.

Four to twelve weeks before departure

The plan turns to document formats, health-cover questions, temporary accommodation, appointment research and what an employer or university must provide. Tasks are dated according to your circumstances rather than an invented universal schedule.

The first ten days

Your arrival section covers access to the address, Wohnungsgeberbestätigung, municipal registration planning, communication access and immediate household needs. It includes buffers for closed offices, delayed trains and appointments that cannot be secured in advance.

The first month

Later actions may include tax identification follow-up, insurance correspondence, bank arrangements, school or childcare enquiries and residence steps. We flag every point that needs current confirmation from an authority or regulated adviser.

What the roadmap looks like

Each entry contains an owner, target date, dependency, official source and fallback. You receive it as a readable PDF and an editable table so you can update dates after arrival. Sensitive identity documents are not embedded.

The Germany Arrival Plan includes the preparation interview, research for one agreed destination, a review call and one correction round. See the full consultation scope or send your date and destination to discuss a quote.
