When we prepare a quote
The Arrival Plan is quoted individually for couples and families. The fee can change with the number of household members, school or childcare research, more than one destination city, a very short deadline or additional meetings. You receive the scope, fee and deposit in writing before work begins.
No authority fee, certified translation, legal advice, travel, accommodation search or third-party service is included. We do not take commission from providers mentioned in your roadmap.
Payment and changes
Single sessions are due when the appointment is confirmed. Planning packages normally require a 40% deposit, with the balance due before the final review call. Rescheduling and cancellation terms are explained on our refund and cancellation page.
