Privacy notice

How Module Trackbase handles personal data for Germany migration inquiries and consultations.

Controller and contact

Module Trackbase, Level 11, 31 Berliner Allee, Düsseldorf 40212, is the controller for personal data described here. Privacy questions may be sent to info@module-trackbase.digital.

Data we process and why

When you inquire, we process your name, email, selected service, optional preferred date and message to answer your request and take steps toward a contract. For confirmed clients we may process contact, billing and planning information needed to deliver the consultation, meet tax obligations and manage appointments. Please do not send passports, medical records or other sensitive data through the website form.

The form on this demonstration site posts to a local mock endpoint and does not create a live client record. Direct email is handled by our communications provider.

Our legal bases under the GDPR include steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate interests in secure, efficient communications. Consent is used where required, including for optional analytics.

Recipients and international transfers

We use limited hosting, email, accounting and document-storage providers under appropriate agreements. Data is disclosed to authorities when legally required. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful safeguard and assess supplementary protections where required.

Retention

Unsuccessful inquiries are normally deleted within six months. Client correspondence and planning records are generally kept for three years after the engagement to address contractual questions. Invoices and legally required accounting records are retained for the applicable German statutory period. We delete or anonymise data when its purpose and retention duty end.

Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may withdraw consent for future processing at any time. You may also complain to a competent data-protection supervisory authority; in North Rhine-Westphalia this is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen.

Security and cookies

We use access controls, encrypted connections and data minimisation appropriate to the information handled. No internet transmission is risk-free. For browser storage and cookie choices, read our cookie notice.
