The result
You leave with a dated roadmap for the weeks before departure and the first month after arrival. It connects the tasks that commonly depend on one another: address, Anmeldung, tax identification, bank access, health cover, school or childcare research and the residence appointments relevant to your situation.
Scope
The package begins with a 60-minute planning interview. We then prepare a personal roadmap, review it together in a 45-minute call and make one round of agreed corrections. The plan includes:
- a document inventory and notes on originals, copies and translations to verify;
- an arrival-week schedule with realistic buffers;
- official offices and source links for your destination city;
- questions to put to an employer, university, insurer or landlord;
- a fallback list for tasks that cannot be booked before arrival.
Provider, timing and location
Your consultant remains your point of contact throughout the three-week engagement. Calls are online; a Düsseldorf office meeting can replace the second call if arranged in advance. Start four to twelve weeks before departure where possible.
Preparation and exclusions
Bring your confirmed city, target date, household details and any employer or university relocation information. We do not source accommodation, translate certified documents, accompany authority visits, complete applications, provide tax advice or act as immigration lawyers.
Pricing basis
The standard package starts at €390 including VAT for one adult. Couples and families receive a written quote because school, childcare and dependent-residence research changes the scope. Work begins after written confirmation and payment of the agreed deposit.
