Acceptance and provider
These terms apply when you use this website or purchase consultation services from Module Trackbase, Level 11, 31 Berliner Allee, Düsseldorf 40212. A service contract begins when we confirm the agreed scope and fee in writing. If a proposal conflicts with these general terms, the proposal controls for that engagement.
Nature of the service
We provide practical migration research, planning and general information. We are not a law firm, tax adviser, immigration authority, insurer, employment agency or housing broker. Our work does not include legal representation and no visa, residence decision, appointment, rental contract or other third-party result is guaranteed.
You remain responsible for supplying accurate information, checking deadlines and making decisions. Official requirements can change; you should verify them with the responsible authority before acting.
Fees, appointments and cancellation
Fees and payment dates are stated before work begins. Cancellation, rescheduling, deposits and refunds follow our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Third-party expenses are excluded unless expressly agreed.
Intellectual property
The site text, visual design and consultation materials belong to Module Trackbase or their respective licensors. You may use a personal roadmap for your own household move. You may not resell, publish or adapt it commercially without written permission.
Liability
We perform agreed services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions of authorities, landlords, employers, universities or other third parties, nor for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by you. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health.
Governing law and disputes
German law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence. Courts have jurisdiction as determined by applicable German and EU law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.
Changes
We may update website terms prospectively. The version accepted for a confirmed engagement continues to govern that engagement unless a lawful written change is agreed.
